I'm hooked into the Matrix!

Sometimes, I think the universe is listening in on our conversations! Check out the link below; NPR has been doing a whole SERIES on film jobs---yes, the same ones you're learning about!! And they interviewed people WHO DO THOSE JOBS!!! A complete list of links has been added in the "NPR JOBS" Bar at right, so you can peruse by job.

This story has further links on the NPR home page--about a dozen stories, each profiling jobs from Craft Services to Casting Director. (They've even got an explanation of what a "Best Boy" does. Sheesh!)

what IS continuity, anyway?

Not sure what "continuity" is in a film? See what it's NOT at the following link:

See if you can spot the mistakes!

This is a camp at Quote/Unquote's Channel 27 Studio---right next to the Courthouse downtown! (You remember that, right?). These folks are pretty cool, and will train you on TV Broadcasting equipment. It's a GREAT way to learn how to make your own TV Show (which you could do next year for class if you wanted to)!!!! Fill out the survey and talk to Ms. T ASAP if you're interested; this fills up quickly!
